"Thanks for the posted pics. Yes, I am interested on your elevator assembly. It looks that the push-pull elev. rod a bit less in diameter compared to 1" dia. stick. I need to know if possible, the aluminum rod O.D.diameter and thickness and specific A.N. hardwares (and other possible fittings?) Kindly include photos too. I'm not in a hurry but I appreciate and would like to thank you of such a time."

Phil...I'm moving your question to this new thread. We are both correct regarding the rod. The most forward rod, from the stick to station 4 are, as you mentioned of less diameter. It is a 1/2" 6061 tube. But behind station 4 we find 1" tube. There is a joint at station 4. I suppose the pics tell the most.

Thanks Knut...examining attached Joint 1 photo reveals a 5/6" threaded rod you are holding connected to a ball inside the (fabricated housing/collar? I think) also attached to 1" aluminum tubing with an allen cap screws ...Am I right?...how about the elevetor horn used..still according to plan?

I think you are right about the threaded rod, still I have no drawing of it. The elevator horn seems to be by plans, unless there are two of them.

Knut,

I've found from AS few of airframe parts compartable for 5/8" rod and linkage instead of 1/2"size. Thanks for the illustrated photos.
