Hey, check out photo #10 of this link
http://www.eaa.org/apps/galleries/gallery.aspx?ID=405 to see Marty (MCT) displaying his plane at the 20th Anniversary fly-in of the Midwest Ultralight Crophoppers. There may even be a few more Buzzard Board members there too, check out the Fisher, and Mini-Maxes!
Heck, that's only a day and a half flight from Wichita, next year, let me know in advance when/where this event is and I will make it a point to attend.
Way to go light plane pilots!

Paul,
It is held the last weekend in August, I believe.
I just found that picture when I received the EAA's Lightplane World e-mail. I was letting Morgan, a gentleman who purchased Walkabout's Air-Bike that weekend, sit in my Air-Bike to test it out. I am the goof in the green Flying Tigers shirt. I have no clue what I was trying to indicate at that moment. I need to speak with the photographer....... He asked me my name, I wish I knew which picture he was going to post.

If you guys want to see some videos just search Youtube for 'Tommy Georges Fly In'. There is an old one from like 1998, and one from 2009, I'm in it and my buddy's P-51 does a fly-by. There is also a short one from this year.....

Hello guys. I use to hangar out at Tommy's. I know Morgan he is a freind of mine. I have not seen his airbike but I know he is really excided about it. He has had some problems with it. He had an engine sieze. He has since purchased I believe 3 of these little 277's. He does like that little engine. They are nice for what they are.
The Mini-Max out at Tommy's belongs to a really nice man by the name of Lynn Brockmeyer. We all call Lynn our test Pilot. He will go over everything on your bird and test fly it and make sure she is ready to fly before you ever think of flying her. What a friend.
I would like to say you will not find another bunch of nicer folks, but thats all I seem to run across in this hobby sport whatever you want to call it, is nice people.
I now hangar out at Holmes field, just south of Springfield. We are right next to Lake Springfield. We border the 5 mile mark for Capital Airport, and we are the Home of the Air-E-Vac Helli rescue team.
I would like to have a flyin next spring for us, and maybe an Open House type of thing. Get to meet the Helli Pilots, check out there helli's and do some flying. There are about 5 small strips within 5 miles of each other. One man every sunday has a big cookout. He has a GA style grass strip as does Holmes field. Both are over 3000 feet long. Holmes is east west , Johns is north south.
