With the advent of the new SSDR catorgory in the UK, (similar to FAR 103) new aeroplanes are being produced. Here is a fantastic one. Twin engine jet below 254lbs.

Looks slow to takeoff. Long run, slow climb. Jet engines are inefficient in slow airplanes. Neat looking.

Nice achievement. I bet you could fly a Max a lot of hours on that amount of fuel. When they can do it with a battery like the RC jets that will really be an achievement.

Hmmm....you could probably stick a Big Twin engine on it an cruise around all day on about 1 - 1.5 gallons per hour. Neat design though....I do like it.

Looks Like it could use a little more wingspan but I still like it, I really like the smooth glass fuse. and trike gear.
