Flight-Line fly-in Greeters

This may be of interest to those who are part of an organization sponsoring fly-ins.  Our EAA chapter 88 of Wichita, KS has successfully used this method of welcoming pilots and crew for several decades, perhaps you might find it useful.  If not, I think it is a good read anyway.

Very good article Paul. I've been to the Copper-State Fly-in and didn't near greeting that your chapter provides.

PS.  A good picture of you and your fellow greeters.

Great article.  You are so right.  Aviation...really, is about the people more than anything.

I really enjoyed this article Pual... Being so new to the world of aviation I have only been to one fly-in that I drove to, but it sure was fun for everyone!

I really look forward to being one of the pilots on final approach that everyone is watching, one of these days!!
