Last fall following half a flight to attend the McPherson When Pigs Fly annual event, I posted two stories about it on the board. The first was about the flight, the second about the fuselage tube repair.

Since then I submitted the two stories to Powered Sport Flying magazine.  Part one appeared in the February/March 2014 issue, it is available on news stands now.  If you would like to read it and your local news stand does not carry it, send me a PM and I will send you a PDF.

If you are not a subscriber to this magazine, you might want to consider doing so.  It is "right down the runway" for our type of flying: fixed wing, trikes, PPC, gyroplanes etc.

I second Paul's recommendation on the magazine. I just renewed and consider it much better than the other "newspaper" like publication out there. It's a real magazine and covers the whole spectrum of light flight. I think you can still get a sample copy.
