Not bad at all  that travels 45 kilometer in one hour as stated

He could have spoilerons on the top surface of the wings.  They destroy the lift over that section of the wing, inducing roll.  And they don't induce any twisting moment on the wing (which would be too whammy to handle it, & could lead to control reversal).

But I cant see any control wires for spoilerons in the pic.

Polyhedral wing set-up  simplifies a 2 axis stability..calm condition is a must..

A single cylinder Rotax with floats on it could be much more enjoyable
