Someone has to come up with an easy folding wing solution. I am at my farm, and since I have a dachshund and 5 horses here only and no help I cant put the wings on.
I am dreaming of a motorhome and a max trailer to stop in different countries, pull the Himax out, fold the wings and fly.

Well Peter, if it can be done, I know you will do it, LOL.

With such an absolutely beautiful place, it begs the question, "Why would you even want to leave?" Believe me though....I understand the desire to get away sometime too.

When you make friends with horses, they can help to fix your wings.

And you can see the beautiful place from above:
Enjoy flyin !

Peter! How did you get to Montana? Did you have to fill the whole fuselage with gas to cross the Atlantic?

Pretty country.

Have the horses stand evenly spaced to support the right wing while you attach the spars. The tallest horse will probably be at the tip. The dachshund will keep the horses in position.    Then have all the horses but the one at the tip walk forward out of the way. The one horse will support the wing while you attach the struts.

Repeat for left wing.

Simple, no?

By the way, I didn't know Maxes were good with anything less than 27 horses.

I am here again on my farm after two months and here is a new two minutes video:

It was very hot and a thunderstorm came-. The plateu still warm after the storm, and as rain stops the woody valleys with creeks starts to form clouds. The warm plateu actually pulls a blanket from the valley. This blanket is about 100 -200 feet thick. The blanket remains there only for 10-15 minutes.
4 years ago it was such a strong phenomenon that if I was wanted to land I was unable to due the the complete blanket of clouds.

Very nice mix of farm and forest. Your goals are commendable and I know that you will be able to make it work for you.

Team Aircraft had a folding wing option years ago, but discontinued it because more wings got damaged in transportation.

that is really interesting... A folding option would be a dream come true for me, as it would resolve my storage issues...
Why focus on proving how great you are, when you could focus on becoming better?...
