The following message was posted to another list....
"IIRC, Team Mini-Max lost a test pilot because of Teleflex cables.
At least that is the conjecture. Since it was an ultralight the FAA never fully investigated. What happened is that he pulled the plane out of a heated hanger. It was in the winter, and allegedly some water had got into one of the cables. You can guess the rest."
Does anyone here know about this accident and can provide more info?
