VW powered Max in sport aviation

Someone just mentioned to me that there apparently was an article in Sport Aviation very recently about someone who flies out of the Lawrence Airport, Lawrence, MA, with a Mini Max and half VW. I am not currently a subscriber of Sport Aviation and a few minutes on Sport Aviation's website yielded nothing. Does anyone know who this individual might be and/or contact info for same? I would be interested in talking with this person if possible. I am probably thirty-five minutes from that airport. Thanks for any help anyone might have.

I too really want to see Brian's experience made into a book with a lot of detail and plenty of pictures.

Thanks guys! Although there is a lot less of me than there used to be....there is still more than there should be. If I loose the last 75 maybe a self published book is in my future. There must be another 5-6 people out there who would be interested in my story!
