Another newbee question for you.

Are vortex generators often used on these birds?  If so, has there been much improvement in stall speed and other handling characteristics?

i can only speak to the wing on the legal eagle, but there has been several people in the legal eagle community using them.  since the airfoil is the same, i would assume that the positive results they show would also be present on the minimax.
