Wow , by the size of the control surfaces it looks to have been fast enough not to need large control areas, I wonder what kind of horse power to weight ratio it had. One of the first to have a strong enough spar to go without the external bracing. I love the classic lines, thanks for posting this, it makes the imagination do a little overtime!
