Didn't get what you needed on the Homebuilt Aircraft forum?

Not really, i like the valkey engineering setup but im not sure how practical it is on a 2 barrel carb.
When in doubt just use full throttle.... it might not help but it will end the suspense.

Chris I was recommended seen to use a stock intake reversed to clear oil cooler and the heat risers sit right on the rear exhaust pipes. It is a 1600 with pict 31/30 I think, if Im saying it right. It runs good in garage lol but dont know how well and if I will use the setup.

Obviously this is under construction and coil isnt near carb and loose wires are not hanging out and about so Im just saying , lol

The VW stock manifold weighs a ton.Im sure you will be making a lightweight manifold from thinner gauge.

Very Likely lol, but I will use the stock one as a mock up with a lighter gauge material. Of course then you have to figure out how much actual heat is going to the intake flange etc.. J
