It was a bit breezy and unseasonably cool last night but I had to get up and flight test my newly covered gear. It looks like my indicated cruise speed has gone up from 68mph to 71-72mph so a bit of imorovement!
The VW hummed along for half an hour as I took in the views. Maybe she isnt going to explode after all! Comming from being a firm believer in 2 strokes, it has taken a good long while for the VW to start earning my trust but after about 14hrs flying time now she is well on her way!

When in doubt just use full throttle.... it might not help but it will end the suspense.
