For EROS, I can't tell where the AN366f-1032 is mounted on the root rib. I know the bracket is on the fuselage side. It looks like it's mounted on the same side as the hinge, and the bolt goes in from the fuselage side. Not sure.

This is a photo of the outboard side of the root rib (and rib 1) on the right wing, I hope it helps.  I'm building a 1600R, but this detail is the same as the Eros.

You got the answer but I might add a helpful hint for the future.
The aileron bracket is drawn with dashes,(called hidden lines),  it is on the far side, hidden from view on this side. But the anchor nuts are solid lines, visible on this side.
Just to nit-pick the drafter, he should have shown solid lines (of the bracket) in that small area between the aileron nose rib and the vertical of the aileron cove because it would not/is not hidden.

I see AN3-14A bolts for aileron horn, but nowhere else as far as root/tip ribs.

Thank you so much for checking on that. I think I must have gotten dizzy . After studying the various drawings and putting my rib alongside to help visualize the final product, I finally figured out how it all works and what goes where. I'm going to delete that post so there's no more confusion.

From the picture it looks like the plywood filling
is not same thickness as the ribs.
I feel Ply filling should be flush with the rib thickness.

I would attach the lock nuts on a 1/4 inch plywood
backed to a 1/8 inch root rib plywood covering.

If your ply filling is indeed 1/4 in, may be it is not quite clear in the picture.

The photo shows the root rib seen through rib #1.  The ply infill in the root rib is 1/4" and it is flush with the RS-1 members.  If you look again at the photo I posted, non cropped, and look toward the spar you'll see that you are looking at two ribs. The root rib and rib #1 are only two inches apart.  I appreciated that you took the trouble to post your concern though.
