Hello folks

I always had a crush on the airbike, but I wanted a wooden equivalent of it.

You might say, so go ahead with the Aeromax, the idea is good but I wanted a plans built version of the Airbike.

While doing some brainstorming I came up with a hybrid version of the Minimax, Aeromax and Airbike.

The idea is based on a choped AeroMax, so mainly getting rid of the wooden superstructure and replacing it by a welded tubular section analog to the Airbike or a RAGWing bolted aluminium tubing overhead structure.

Wood can still be sourced localy as most of the tubing and fasteners too.

The wing and tailvolume layout could be taken over, either from the Airbike or Minimax.

So you might asking, why not going directly with an Airbike or AeroMax, its explained very quick, my size or bodylenght, I dont fit the standard fuselage, I'm 6'6" with a high torso.

Ive been sitting in an airbike and AeroMax, and both times my headroom was not good, I was banging my head at the structure, so I would need about 3" more headroom.

A tubular superstructure would simlify the design changements, without altering the look too much.

Do you have any thoughts regarding such a layout a possible FrankenMax ?
